Not your average travel writer or blogger! I have had to develop a funny bone and the ability to adapt to any situation since I am not a lucky adventurer. Within hours of me booking a non-refundable discount flight, civil unrest, bomb threats, inclement weather, aircraft breakdowns, volcanoes, train derailments, famine, plague and pestilence are sure to strike my intended destination. I write about my experiences and I love learning more about my readers. A word from the author.
I am a writer who specializes in short humorous stories about travel. All kinds of travel. Having taken a number of cruises, and in light of the negative stories floating around about cruising (post covid-19), I decided it was the perfect time to write a book packed with tips and filled with short, funny cruising stories that are intended to make you laugh and to specifically give you helpful information on booking and taking a cruise.
If I had found a good book on the subject of cruising before I actually took my first cruise, I would have been spared some basic rookie mistakes and certainly saved myself money. I am confident that I would have had a better cabin, secured onboard credit and probably enjoyed some type of beverage package.
